Fourth day

  1. Porridge with cornmeal, fruit salad and tea for breakfast.
  2. The lunch menu includes borsch cooked in vegetables, broth, steamed slices and compote.
  3. You can serve porridge with meat, vegetable stew and tea for dinner.

The fifth day

  1. Millet porridge for breakfast, tea.
  2. Vegetarian and beef soup, fruit and kefir on the menu at lunchtime.
  3. Evening porridge with meat, vegetables and jelly.

Sixth day

  1. For breakfast you can eat a sandwich with cooked meat, fruit and tea.
  2. Broth, fruit and compote are served at lunchtime.
  3. The menu includes dinner porridge, chopped cabbage salad with herbs and kefir.

Seventh day
