But the five-day diet menu is less varied. Only buckwheat, rice, cheese, cottage cheese can be eaten. The main product can be made fresh by adding mint and honey.

The menu will be as follows:

  • breakfast: cottage cheese and tea;
  • lunch: buckwheat and herbs;
  • afternoon snack: cottage cheese or cheese;
  • evening: rice.

Snack with watermelon. The menu is cramped, so if you feel hungry, you better prefer the seven-day option.

Seven-day diet - Eat watermelons in the evening and in the morning. In addition, rice, lean meat, cottage cheese, fish, cheese, eggs, vegetables, yogurt, buckwheat, oatmeal, kefir are allowed. Of course, the menu is easy to put together.

  • afternoon snack: cottage cheese; or cheese; or an egg; or yogurt;
  • evening: a main course and a few slices of black bread.

You need to eat a juicy berry three hours before bedtime. If you are hungry, you can eat a slice of cheese and drink a cup of tea with honey.

The easiest solution is ten days. It is advisable to remove all fatty, fried, buttered and sweet. Cook, fry or simmer meat and fish. Most vegetables are eaten raw. Choose low-fat cottage cheese, kefir, yogurt. Eat 2-3 slices of black bread a day, no more.

And the menu will be something like this:

  • in the morning: buckwheat and two slices of juicy berry;
  • snack: cut;
  • lunch: chicken and salad; or vegetable soup and fried fish with vegetables;
  • afternoon snack: three slices of watermelon;
  • in the evening: cottage cheese, bread and tea with honey;
  • three hours before bedtime: two slices of the fetus.
